Refund policy

At House of Rosina Rococo, every piece is selected and created with intention. Due to the nature of certain products, return eligibility varies by category.

Press-On Nails

Due to the handmade, hygienic, and custom nature of our press-on nail products, all nail sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Press-on nail sets
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Opened or worn products

Sizing Responsibility

Each nail set is created based on the size selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizing.

We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before placing your order to ensure the most accurate fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosinarococollc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit

Resolutions are determined at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production may already be in progress.

 

Clothing Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase from House of Rosina Rococo.

Eligible clothing items may be returned if:

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is shipped back within 10 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is free from stains, odors, makeup, or signs of wear

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Intimates or bodysuits
  • Worn or damaged merchandise
  • Items with removed tags

Refund Method

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds.
